These terms apply to the referral relationship between you and Kraft Lake Insurance Agency.
1. Your referral of customers to Kraft Lake Insurance Agency does not create an agency relationship between you and Kraft Lake Insurance Agency. You do not have authority to bind insurance coverage on behalf of Kraft Lake Insurance Agency, or any insurance company represented by Kraft Lake Insurance Agency.
2. The use of the name and/or brand of Kraft Lake Insurance Agency or companies represented by Kraft Lake Insurance Agency is strictly prohibited without express written permission from Kraft Lake Insurance Agency.
3. We will pay you a commission as defined at the time of issuance and/or renewal for all insurance policies that we write based on your referral of the customer to Kraft Lake Insurance Agency. We will notify you in writing of any changes to commission rates associated with policies referred.
4. You represent that you are a properly licensed producer for the respective lines of insurance business that you will be referring to Kraft Lake Insurance Agency.
5. It is your responsibility to obtain any requested underwriting information, collect all premiums due and communicate directly with the policyholders to deliver all information about the policy, including the declarations page, policy form, endorsements, notices, renewals and billings.
6. You are an independent contractor in all respects, not an employee or agent of Kraft Lake Insurance Agency, and you are responsible for all expenses incurred for the operation of your insurance agency.
